Job Title: Inside Sales / Account Manager

Key Purpose of the Role:

Do you have sales in your DNA? Eager to build a career in telecom technical sales? Magnet Networks are looking for driven individuals to sell our exciting range of Business voice and broadband services to both new and existing customers via incoming and outgoing telephone / e-mail communication. Training will be provided.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Pro-active sourcing of new revenue for the business by making outbound calls to new market verticals
  • Provide Account Management services to existing clients
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
  • Building a strong pipeline for Acquisition
  • Being part of the sales team taking inbound sales / account management enquiry phone calls
  • Support marketing campaigns by telephone follow up
  • Responding to e-mail enquires that are made from potential and existing customers
  • Participate in marketing events to promote Magnet Business and source new clients
  • Update and maintain all customer contact on the company CRM – Salesforce
  • Reporting potential pipeline to Sales Manager on a weekly basis
  • Attendance of regular team meetings
  • To carry out all tasks within Company policies and procedures which are updated from time to time
  • Actively contribute to the development of our team culture
  • To continually represent the Company with honesty, integrity, and good presentation

Person Specification:

Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • 1+ previous years sales experience
  • Experience of using CRM/Salesforce is an advantage
  • Previous experience within telecommunications is a distinct advantage – but not essential
  • Knowledge of Broadband and the competitive market is desirable
  • Understanding of the Outsourcing Market is an advantage
  • Technically savvy individual
  • Team player – working in co-operation with colleagues and local management teams
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confident / Self starter
  • Ability to engage with different businesses across a variety of sectors
  • Excellent English written and spoken
  • Desirable track record in commercial negotiation and contracting
  • Windows Processing experience
  • Excellent PC skills
