Overall Role Purpose:

Magnet Networks, Ireland’s largest connectivity provider, are looking for high energy, driven self-starters with a hunter mentality to promote our exciting range of business voice and broadband services to new customers. The SDR team will lead outbound campaigns & will collaborate closely with the account management team to maximise new revenue.

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for many of our new customers & will be responsible for introducing new qualified opportunities into the sales funnel. High performers will have excellent opportunities to advance their career in sales in an exciting sector.

Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Reports to: Inside Sales Manager
Location: Dublin

Key Accountabilities:
(Describe the key tasks and responsibilities the role-holder has on an on-going basis)

  • Pro-active sourcing of new revenue for the business by making outbound calls to new market verticals
  • Promoting Magnet Networks products solutions to potential customers
  • Building a strong pipeline for acquisition
  • Support marketing campaigns by telephone follow up
  • Responding to e-mail enquires that are made from potential and existing customers
  • Update and maintain all customer contact on the company CRM – Salesforce
  • Reporting potential pipeline to Sales Manager on a weekly basis
  • Attendance of regular team meetings

Required Qualifications / Expertise:

  • 1+ previous years sales experience
  • Experience of using a CRM/Salesforce
