As the staff in the IMI are often away from a desk setting, I need to be able to redirect their calls to their mobiles. Before, I would have had to pay an external party to set this up. With Magnet’s Voicenet service, I can set this up and manage it myself, which certainly makes my job a lot easier and saves us having to pay a third party.
